Since we are in our launch phase, shipping is currently handled manually by our artisans. Once you place an order, the artisan will contact you to coordinate the best delivery method.
2. Shipping Zones
We primarily serve all major cities in Egypt. For international shipping inquiries, please contact the artisan directly through the 'Message Artisan' feature on their product page.
3. Processing Time
Each treasure is handcrafted. Processing times vary depending on the item's complexity and the artisan's current workload, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days.
4. Packaging
We encourage all our artisans to use sustainable, eco-friendly packaging that protects your treasure while respecting the environment.

We are actively working on integrating automated payment systems to provide a seamless experience for both collectors and creators in the near future.
