At Giftisan, we stand by the quality of our master craftsmanship. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both collectors and creators.
1. Handcrafted Excellence
Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from their description. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
2. Damaged Items
If your treasure arrives damaged, please contact the artisan through the platform within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
3. Resolution Process
Once a claim is verified, the artisan may offer a repair, a replacement, or a partial/full refund. Giftisan will assist in mediating if a direct resolution between the buyer and artisan cannot be reached.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is required for a refund, the buyer is typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival or significantly misrepresented.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return being received or the claim being finalized.
