Giftisan connects you directly with master makers across Egypt. Each item is packed and dispatched with utmost care from the artisan's independent workshop.
1. Direct Workshop Dispatch
Every order is prepared and dispatched directly by the artisan from their studio. Once dispatched, you will receive notifications and status updates as your package makes its way to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Zones & Coverage
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Canal cities, and Upper Egypt). Delivery fees are calculated transparently during checkout based on the destination.
3. Processing & Crafting Time
Ready-to-ship items are typically handed over to couriers within 2-4 business days. For personalized or made-to-order pieces, the artisan requires dedicated crafting time as stated on the product page.
4. Packaging & Protection
We require and support all artisans in using sturdy, eco-conscious packaging that ensures delicate ceramics, glass, woodwork, and jewelry arrive in pristine condition.
5. Tracking & Delivery Updates
You can track the fulfillment status of your orders at any time through your Giftisan profile under the Orders tab, with live stage updates from studio preparation to delivery.
